Loved the location, walking distance from Victoria and Elizabeth Streets. Good to sit in an open-air location overlooking part of the city. Lively Vibes, good tapas dishes to share, good service, good cocktails. We ordered the Patatas, Anchovies & crackers, as well as Croquettes

We celebrated John's birthday here before going to see MJ the musical. The booking page is easy to navigate. The staff are all young and super friendly. Roof top bar has a great vibe, followed by our pre-theatre menu option downstairs. The service was 100% meal was well presented, on time, and delicious. They toolk photos of us and were very accomodating. Will certainly be back again. Highly recommend.

The wine is very good 🥂and the cake 🍰 is really yummy too, the cheese 🧀 and the lemon 🍋 mix was very good, the owner is a nice guy. Btw all the food is really yummy 🤤

Outstanding dining experience at Bomba Tapas Bar & Rooftop! The service was friendly, attentive, and perfectly paced. We loved every dish — especially the slow-cooked lamb shoulder with anchovy and rosemary, crispy roasted potatoes with aioli, and chargrilled broccolini with romesco. Each plate was packed with flavour and beautifully presented. The team recommended a fantastic local red wine, PaPa, which paired perfectly with the meal. Great atmosphere, delicious food, and genuinely warm hospitality — Bomba is a must-visit for anyone who loves authentic Spanish tapas done exceptionally well.

**Bombastic Tapas Bar & Rooftop** Bombastic Tapas Bar & Rooftop offers an energetic atmosphere with a variety of well-arranged seating options, including tables of different sizes and a stylish bar area. Although we were seated inside and did not experience the rooftop, making a reservation was seamless, and we were warmly welcomed upon arrival. Our seats near the bar and open kitchen provided an engaging view of the culinary preparation, which enhanced the overall dining experience. Service throughout the evening was attentive and exceptional, and our main dishes were delivered promptly and prepared to a high standard. One concern, however, was observing a chef running his hand through his hair before continuing food preparation. Given the length of his hair, a hairnet or similar precaution would have been more appropriate for maintaining hygiene standards. For dessert, we ordered a sorbet and a cheesecake. While the sorbet was beautifully presented, the cheesecake portion was overly large and its overall presentation could be improved. Despite this, Bombastic Tapas Bar & Rooftop remains a strong recommendation for its vibrant ambiance, excellent service, flavorful dishes, and overall value.

The bone marrow, wagyu cecine is a must. At least our favorite. All the food we tried was really nice. Loved the cocktails, interesting signature cocktails. Service was amazing, very friendly and helpful

beautiful time here! all the food was divine and the staff were so incredibly lovely. we had the spanner crab, quail and squid ink paella. will be dreaming of the food for the next week 😛 thank you so much !!!! <3

I should have written this ages ago - but at least I am geting to it now! We went to Bomba's to celebrate my daughters birthday. I will admit that we were a little indecisive having not been here before and there being so many great sounding dishes to try. We went for the set menu. It was the right choice for us and we simply loved all of it. Scallops, corn, potatoes, beef and so much more. Great dishes with unique flavours all added to a great night. Staff were very attentive and helpful in our menu selection. Atmosphere was great - but some may find it a little noisy. Overall a great night!

Emily was super efficient and friendly. She made our long overdue, mate date catch up a really easy, chilled experience - much appreciated! Food was very flavourful, drinks flowed nicely. The bottomless brunch is highly recommended! Rooftop bar is cute and a great place to chill out after lunch. Thank you to all the staff - will definitely be back :)

A wonderful dining experience. The food was exceptional, with beautifully balanced flavours, and the service was attentive and genuinely friendly. The restaurant wasn’t overly busy at the time, which made for a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The Amaretto Sour from the bar was outstanding — easily the best I’ve had. We sampled a variety of dishes, including the smoked trout crisp, marrow montadito, croquetas, corn, scallops, lamb ribs, and gambas. We finished with churros and a hazelnut parfait with chocolate, which rounded off the meal perfectly., all of which were excellent, and the desserts were equally impressive. The cheesecake was a clear standout. Special mention to the staff for thoughtfully accommodating my daughter’s nut allergy, which was handled with great care and professionalism. Would definitely come back here again…
